Return Period: 

Orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Condition for Return: 

All returned items will be inspected. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in new or unused condition and include all original inserts, accessories, and returns in original packaging.

Returns are not accepted for reasons such as a change of mind, finding a lower price elsewhere, no longer wanting the item, or ordering the wrong product.

Shipping Costs: 

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. These charges are non-refundable unless the product is confirmed to be defective.

Refunds: 

If the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product, DECOLAB will refund the full cost of the merchandise, including all applicable shipping charges.

Refunds can only be processed for orders placed directly through our DECOLAB store. Orders placed through other marketplaces or sales channels must be refunded through the original platform where the order was placed.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Missing parts and damaged orders:

Upon receipt of your shipment, please verify that all items are present and inspect for any visible damage. If you find any missing, defective, or damaged parts, we will arrange for replacements to be shipped as soon as we confirm the issue. Report missing part.
