When can I get my product?

We'll process and ship your order within 1-2 days after receiving the order, and it takes between 3 and 8 business days for delivery.

What if I want a refund?

Returns are accepted within 30 days if items are in new condition and original packaging, with customers covering return shipping. Unless the item is defective or our mistakes, we'll replace any missing or damaged parts if reported on arrival.

How long is the product warranty?

3-year warranty for all room dividers.

Is the room divider washable?

Please avoid washing the fabric, only clean it with a duster or vacuum.
